A Rosary with St. John Bosco

January 30, 2024, ArchSOLL, Cebu City – On the eve of the Feast Day of St. John Bosco, the Salesian Youth Movement of the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes held a special rosary in honor of the Father and Teacher of Youth. Nine youth groups came together and prayed the rosary together. The Rondalla provided the music while the Sta. Cecilia Youth Choir led the singing.
In his good night talk, Fr. Keith J. Amodia, SDB, the youth director, invited the young people to count the blessings they have received through the person of St. John Bosco. He asked them to appreciate and offer to the Lord the gifts found in the Salesian Youth Spirit, the friendships in the youth groups, and the Salesian Culture that was bequeathed them.
