DBFC Celebrates the Solemnity of MHC

May 24, 2022, Don Bosco Formation Center, Lawaan, Talisay City. Under favorable cool early morning weather, the DBFC community had a successful and meaningful Dawn Rosary Procession from the MHC Garden to the Don Bosco Retreat House. It was followed by a Holy Mass in honor of the Solemnity of Mary Help of Christians.
The procession and Mass was made more meaningful because of the presence of our regular Mass-goers and the DBYC (Don Bosco Youth Center) members. The songs were beautifully animated by the Aspirants. The Holy Mass was presided by Fr. Marco Bollozos, SDB, who celebrated his 12th Presbyteral Anniversary, and concelebrated by the priest-formators. It was also an opportune time for our 4th-year Aspirants to submit their application letter as they move forward in their formation in the Pre-novitiate.
Overall, it was a happy and festive day of gratitude to our Blessed Mother for constantly leading, protecting, and providing us with more vocations. In the evening, the DBFC Community joined the FIS Province as it celebrates its 30th founding anniversary with a Holy Mass at the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes presided by Fr. Fidel Ma. Orendain, SDB (FIS Provincial Superior).
