On October 29, 2023, the culmination of the Rosary month was celebrated here in Don Bosco Formation Center-Lawaan, attended by the DBYC and Kuya Ike’s youth group. The youth leaders organized various games that not only entertained everyone but also helped them build stronger bonds.
These fun-filled activities energized the atmosphere and brought the event into a hyped mood. Lunch was held in the MHC garden, where all participants enjoyed the serving of barbecue and puso. By 3 p.m. in the afternoon, a special Rosary was held in the MHC garden. Everyone gathered for a unique and memorable rosary experience. With each Hail Mary being prayed, a balloon, symbolizing their prayers, was added to form a huge rosary.
The sight of the colorful balloons forming a beautiful rosary represented the collective devotion and prayers and brought a sense of unity among all participants. As the rosary took shape with every Hail Mary, our faith and resolution to serve were reinforced.
The culmination of the Rosary month last Sunday was of great significance because it highlighted the power of prayer and community spirit. It was a day made by the youth, for the youth.
