Don Bosco Philippines South Province

Rev. Father John Quincy “Jake” Almirante-Caballo, SDB, is a Salesian of Don Bosco – Philippine South Province. He studied at Don Bosco Technical College – Cebu and the University of San Jose – Recoletos. He made his First Profession on May 6, 2011. He finished his theology at Don Bosco Center of Studies in 2019. He has served in Saint John Bosco Parish – Sta. Rosa, Laguna and San Ildefonso Parish – Makati City as deacon and cleric. He was ordained to the priesthood by His Excellency Most Reverend Emilio Bataclan, DD, Auxiliary Bishop-Emeritus of Cebu, in the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, Cebu, on May 24, 2019, 9am, Solemnity of Mary, Help of Christians. He will be assigned in Saint Louis School- Don Bosco Dumaguete as Pastoral Animator.
