January 31, 2020 – Don Bosco TVET Center Pasil began Don Bosco’s Fest with a solemn mass at the Parish of Sto Niño – Pasil. The mass was animated and accompanied with a band and choir composed of talented trainees themselves. The Mass was followed by a solemn procession of the image of St. John Bosco around barangay Suba and Pasil, hoping to remind the faithful of the two barangays on the feast of Don Bosco.
The rest of the day was filled with the sports. Students played in volleyball and a newly started Futsal program. It was excitedly participated by the Salesians, staff, and trainees. Of course, the feast day wouldn’t be complete without the Filipino traditional Budol fight! It was a fun filled, exciting, and holy day all to honor and remember the man of the day – St. John Bosco!
