April 15, 2019, Holy Monday | Blessed Istvan Sandor Community, Parañaque City — In a timely connection to the Gospel of the day — the feet of Jesus anointed by Mary, the sister of Martha, with a costly perfume oil — three young men affirmed the giving of their whole being to Jesus during the Holy Mass. FIS Salesian Brothers Raffy Besonia and Brother John Raymond Montejo, and Brother Ronnel Tiu of FIN renewed their vows.
Rev Fr Arnold Sanico, Rector of the EAO Salesian Brother Community, presided the celebration and emphasized the act of total self-giving. He added that the act in itself manifests perpetuity The renewal was witnessed by Perpetually professed Salesian brothers, Bro Joe Ferrer (FIN) and Bro Kirner Gábor Fülöp (Hungary).
After the Holy Eucharist and the rites of renewal of religious profession, the Salesian Brothers Community offered a thanksgiving dinner for FIS and FIN brothers of the Seminaryo ng Don Bosco.
