Salesian Educational Leaders: Leading Instruction, Learning, & Change

Don Bosco Technical College-Cebu in partnership with the Commission on Youth Ministry hosted the three-day SCHOOL LEADERS’ TRAINING-WORKSHOP from November 24-26, 2022 at DBTC-Cebu AVR with Mr. Paul Ray Mark N. Salsag as the resource speaker. The said training-workshop was participated by the Instructional Leaders (Principals, Assistant Principals, and Subject Area Coordinators) of DBTC-Cebu and DBTI-Victorias.
School Leaders’ Training-Workshop offered Salesian educational leaders the mind-frames and strategies that shall empower them to effectively lead instruction, learning, and change in their respective school setting. At the end of the training-workshop, both schools were able to produce the following outputs with clarity in mind: Annual School Operational Plan, School Supervisory Program, and School Coaching and Mentoring Program.
This is only one among the many training-workshops the Commission on Youth Ministry is looking forward to host to foster Don Bosco’s mission in the field of education.
